Yabancı İstilacı Yaban Arılarının (Sceliphron curvatum Smith, 1870) Çamur Yuvalarında Bakteriyel Flora Analizi

Sceliphron curvatum (Smith, 1870), a solitary, invasive wasp species, builds mud nest. This species is new record for Türkiye. study was carried out to determine the bacterial flora in nests made by S. wasps. Bacterial isolations were from adult bees collected town of Perşembe Ordu province. As result study, five isolates obtained and three these identified. Isolate 1 identified as Staphylococcus vitulinus, isolate 3 Aeromonas sobria 4 Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Identification percentages determined 84% A. 94% P. aeruginosa, respectively. It has been that are important cause effective infections on humans other living things.
